By using SaloneNest LLC, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before registering or using any features of the platform.
SaloneNest LLC is a global property management and community trading platform connecting landlords, tenants, traders, and home seekers across Africa and beyond. The platform is accessible at https://www.salonenest.com and through our mobile applications.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SaloneNest LLC. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate this requirement.
SaloneNest LLC provides the following user roles:

| Landlord / Property Owner | List properties, manage tenants, receive payments |
| Tenant / Client | Pay rent, manage leases, submit maintenance requests |
| Trader | List goods and services in the Public Square |
| Visitor | Browse available properties and marketplace listings |
Each role has different permissions. Misrepresenting your role (e.g., registering as a landlord to access tenant data) is a violation of these Terms.

SaloneNest LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any content, listing, message, or activity that involves:
Any account found posting, sharing, or facilitating such content will be permanently banned without warning. Where required or permitted by applicable law, SaloneNest LLC will report such activity to the relevant national or international authorities.
Every listing of goods, services, or property posted on SaloneNest LLC must comply with the laws and regulations of the user's home country and, where applicable, the country in which the goods or services are offered. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their listings are lawful in their jurisdiction.
SaloneNest LLC is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, that property listings are accurate or complete, or that transactions between users will complete successfully.
To the extent permitted by law, SaloneNest LLC's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for disputes between landlords and tenants, fraudulent listings posted by users, or losses arising from payment processor errors.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which the platform operator resides. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SaloneNest LLC will be resolved in the courts of the United States, unless applicable local law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of SaloneNest LLC after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
